**Position Summary**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshooting network issues on different systems and environments (Windows, Linux, MacOS)
- Providing remote and in-person assistance to students, staff and faculty with IT-related issues
- Utilizing the Active Directory to manage user access and college computers
- Examining all procedures and documentation related to technical support to ensure ongoing improvement and compliance
- Organizing and setting up lab environments which includes but is not limited to new desktops, cable and wire management
- Automate processes with Power Automate Flows and Power Apps
- Assisting staff, faculty, and other affiliates during onboarding and providing technical care services as needed
- Maintain the existing lab environments and infrastructure
- Receiving and completing technical tickets and on-support calls

**Technical Skills**
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and 365.

**Additional Information**
- As a key member of the IT team the incumbent is responsible for consistently striving to sustain an organizational culture that understands the challenges and barriers to success that international students may encounter. Working in a college filled with diversity the incumbent must be prepared to demonstrate compassion, cultural understanding & sensitivity which directly contributes to student success.
- Some evening and weekend work may be required.

**Schedule**

Monday 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM, Tuesday - Friday 8:00 AM : 4:30 PM

**Educational requirements and experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of a 1-year related experience in IT or related field **(required)**
