**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a security guard or in a related field.
- Knowledge of public safety and security procedures.
- Excellent observation and surveillance skills.
- Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergency situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform the duties required (e.g., standing for long periods, patrolling).
