**Job Title: Service Coordinator/Dispatch Adminstrator - Lead**

**Overview**
Tecnet is looking for an individual to fill a position that supports the Field Services Manager.
**Skills required**
- Efficient and accurate data-entry skills
- Strong verbal, written and comprehension skills using the English language
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Self motivated, a quick learner and take direction well
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Ability to think critically and problem solve
- Must pass criminal record check (CPIC)
A+ Certification or equivalent experience is an asset but not required
Some Team Lead experience is essential
**Responsibilities**:
**Support the Manager on Project implementation**
- Communicate with clients and technical teams to meet the client’s project requirements
- Assist with creating a project schedule, work delegation and documentation
**Support the Manager on daily operations in the Field Service department**
- Assist with daily on-site operations such as check-ins of employees to ensure staff’s availability during working hours and coordinate time off requests
- Assist with tech orientation/training for new staff
- Oversee that logístical and ordering processes are being followed to Tecnet’s standard. Ensure that the Field Techs are following through on tickets
- Provide customer service via phone and electonically
- Respond to escalated tickets from clients
- Update service records for Technicians in numerous interfaces
- Assist other teammates as needed
- Work to strengthen Tecnet culture, teamwork and corporate pride
**Vehicle Fleet status**
- Assist with monthly vehicle reports and address any issues
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
