This position coordinates FOI requests, records management and facilities for the Office of the Provincial Health Officer and provides administrative support to Deputy Provincial Health Officers and other office staff.

**Job Requirements**:

- Secondary school graduation and completion of an Office Administration and Management course.
- 3 years experience working in an executive office setting (ADM’s office, Deputy’s office or equivalent).
- Office experience working in a confidential capacity.
- Experience researching information from the internet and other sources.

Preference may be given to applicants who:
