Ellis Glass is looking for a Office Administrator/Receptionist
Duties will include but are not limited to;
- Answering Phones
- Filing
- Order Entry
- Contractor Required Documents
- Scanning Documents
- Arranging Purolator Shipments
- Order Required Job Materials
- Ordering office supplies
- Updating social media and the website
- Any other administrative tasks
- Scheduling
- Bank Reconciliation
- Organize applicants for hiring
**Accounts Recievable**
Creating invoices in the accounting software
Sending invoices to clients
Following up on payments
Recieving payments
**Accounts Payable**
Entering invoices into the accounting software
Checking statements
Paying suppliers via cheque or credit
Hours are 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Work Location: One location
