Office Administrator/accounts Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare T4 statements and other statements
- Prepare and verify statements of earnings for employees, including gross and net salaries and deductions such as taxes, union dues, garnishments and insurance and pension plans
- Perform human resources related duties such as personnel selection
- Prepare monthly statements
- Greet customers, provide administrative support to the office staff and technician team
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Handle incoming and outgoing packages
Computer and technology knowledge:
