**Office Assistant**

**We are looking for someone with a great attitude, energetic, a passion for organization and detail and can get the job done. This is a position that would require someone who can wear multiple hats throughout the day and that works well under pressure.**

**Responsibilities would include**

**Answering phones and booking appointments**

**General filing and filing management**

**Receiving product and invoices**

**Inventory**

**Ordering office supplies**

**Calling and billing insurance Companies**

**Working on Spread Sheets**

**Working on Website**

**Requirements**:
**Previous office experience (preferably 2 -3 years)**

**Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast paced environment**

**Ability to work independently**

**Experience with Excel and spreadsheets and charts**

**Able to work 30 - 40 hours a week**
**Able to work days/evenings/Saturdays**

**Wage will be based on experience**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Office Administration: 2 years (required)
- Microsoft Excel: 2 years (preferred)
