**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Manage phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries and directing calls as needed
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office files, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to important documents
- Support clerical tasks such as proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness before distribution
- May be assigned additional duties related to part orders as well as inventory tracking
- Experience in accounts payable and receivable would be an asset
- Experience preparing estimates and quotes
- Experience scheduling and mapping services in a technician based industry
- Familiarity with electrical and standby power would be an asset
- Bilingualism is not necessary but would be a valuable asset
**Skills**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent typing skills for efficient document processing.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to proofread documents for grammatical accuracy and clarity.
- Basic clerical skills including filing, scanning, and document management.
- Must be proactive in solving problems and finding solutions
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
