**Inventory Management**:
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock without overstocking.
- Perform regular physical counts and reconcile discrepancies in inventory records.
- Update and maintain inventory management systems with accurate stock data.
- Track and report on inventory turnover and shelf life of products to minimize waste or obsolescence.

**Logistics Coordination**:

- Coordinate the transportation and delivery of goods from suppliers to the warehouse and from the warehouse to customers.
- Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and transportation companies to ensure timely deliveries.
- Schedule and track shipments, ensuring they meet delivery deadlines and quality standards.
- Handle documentation for shipments, including invoices, shipping labels, and customs paperwork.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Generate and analyze reports on inventory performance, stock levels, and logistics operations.
- Provide recommendations for improving processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory transactions and logistics activities.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work with cross-functional teams including sales, procurement, warehouse, and customer service to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Communicate with vendors and customers regarding delivery schedules, stock availability, and order updates.
- Address and resolve inventory-related issues in a timely manner, escalating when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in inventory management, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP systems, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of transportation and shipping regulations is a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
