**Job Title**: Warehouse Admin

**Location**: Concord, ON

**Hourly Rate**: $18 per hour

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse activities.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling shipments and deliveries.
- Prepare and process shipping & receiving documents, invoices, and packing lists.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies or issues to the Warehouse Manager.
- Support the warehouse team with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain an efficient and up-to-date Warehouse filing system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Performing cycle-counts of inventory

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Material requirements planning (MRP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 25 lbs occasionally.
