This position involves working as an Administrator with Hamilton Montessori School.

Hamilton Montessori School is a private school located in Stoney Creek.

The Administrator will be responsible for all administrative duties, initiatives and outcomes to meet the school goals of Hamilton Montessori School.

**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling a variety of activities (ex. school tours, child orientations)
- Communicating and coordinating with families and staff in a professional manner
- Filing paperwork (student documents, school logs, etc.)
- Work closely with School Supervisor to ensure smooth administration function
- Supply purchasing for school (ex. costing out various suppliers, ensuring no low supply of stationary/etc.)
- Assist in coordinating of smooth functioning of all aspects of the school including the administrative functions.

**Knowledge/Experience/Skills**:
**Education**:Canadian Post-Secondary degree or diploma, preferably in Administration, Business, Marketing, or Communications

**Experience**:Minimum of 2 years work experience in an administrative role
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work & attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Word, Excel, Powerpoint and other softwares
- Knowledge of social media preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Any experience working with children is an asset

Additional supports include:

**Salary**:
$25.00-$26.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

- 5 Days per Week, at our Stoney Creek location.
