This is a temporary, full-time, thirty-seven and one half (37.5) hour per week position with duties effective immediately, ending at a date to be determined.

**LOCATION**: School Services, Catholic Education Centre
**EFFECTIVE DAT**E: Immediately
**SALARY**:Band 3 ($62,834.00 per annum)

**JOB SUMMARY**:
**QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE**:

- Secretarial and administrative experience (at an advanced level) with the ability to work independently, in strict confidence, and as part of a team in an active office environment.
- Ability to monitor projects and prepare reports, including Board reports and other documents as assigned.
- Knowledge of the Board’s schools and school operations.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent public relations skills.
- Excellent mathematical, analysis and planning skills.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word/Windows, PowerPoint, Excel and other software packages as required).
- Knowledge of School Board policies and procedures.
- Experience and/or knowledge of Special Education Services would be an asset.
- Flexibility in work hours, including some evening work.
- Ability to record and transcribe minutes for meetings.
- Capacity to engage members of diverse communities and skilled in a variety of consultation techniques, protocols, and strategies.
