The administrator provides clerical and client support to the administrative coordinator and the client coordinator. This includes clerical and reception duties, including answering phones, receiving and distributing mail, joining weekly meetings with the manager, facilitating client payments, and ensuring a seamless client onboarding process, including corresponding paperwork has been completed.

It is expected that the employee demonstrates behaviour consistent with the core values and culture of the firm. Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required.

Please note this is not a remote or hybrid position and in-office attendance is mandatory for the position.

Job Duties
- Provide professional customer service.
- Ensure all recordkeeping is in compliance with the firm’s processes and procedures.
- Maintain a professional image and demeanor with all employees, management, clients and vendors at all times.
- Handle client issues and understand when a situation requires a manager’s intervention.
- Maintain clean and orderly areas.
- Assist with weekly report preparation.

**Requirements**:

- Secondary School Diploma required.
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically and professionally at all times.
- Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation and objection handling skills.
- Proficiency in use of various office-based software including MS Office suite.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
- 5+ years' experience in an administrative role considered an asset.

Salary commensurate with experience.
