Summer Student - TEACHING ASSISTANTS - Summer School

Gary Allan Learning Centre Summer School is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Summer Student - Teaching Assistant.

**Qualifications**:
English/Literacy and/or Math/Numeracy tutoring experience.

Post-secondary coursework experience in English, Math, Science or Humanities.

**Responsibilities**:
Support students taking high school Math, English, Science or Humanities courses.

Dates

July 2nd - July 29th, 2024 (20 days, 5.5 hours per day)

Locations

Summer school sites of Garth Webb SS, Craig Kielburger SS or Dr Frank J Hayden SS.

Rate of Pay

$18 - $20.50 per hour, depending on the completed year of study of post-secondary education.

First consideration for posted vacancies will be given to qualified applicants from the employee group in which the vacancy occurs.
