We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing daily operations and administrative tasks. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the executive office.

- Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to appropriate parties
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and faxing

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting top-level executives
- Proficient in using DocuSign for document management
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation and collaboration
- Exceptional proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written communications
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. You should also have strong communication skills to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Additionally, the following qualifications are required:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting top-level executives
- Best with corporate law understanding, and start-up experience
- Proficient in using DocuSign for document management
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation and collaboration
