**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized **Strategic Account Executive** to support the CEO in managing high-value, strategic sales opportunities and driving key initiatives throughout the sales lifecycle. This role acts as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring the seamless execution of sales processes, maintaining the CEO’s sales pipeline, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders to maximize growth opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**

**CEO Pipeline Management**:

- Maintain and organize the CEO's strategic sales pipeline, ensuring all leads, opportunities, and accounts are tracked and updated.
- Prioritize opportunities based on business impact and alignment with company goals.
- Prepare pipeline reports and analytics for the CEO to support decision-making.

**Sales Process Ownership**:

- Oversee the entire sales process for CEO-led opportunities, from initial outreach to contract signing.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, clear communication, and alignment with customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., legal, finance, product) to support deal closure.

**Customer and Partner Engagement**:

- Act as the CEO's point of contact for strategic accounts, fostering strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Support the CEO in preparing for customer meetings, including research, agendas, and follow-up materials.
- Represent the CEO in meetings or communications as needed.

**Strategic Sales Initiatives**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with the CEO.
- Assist in crafting tailored value propositions and presentations for high-profile prospects.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategy.

**Sales Enablement**:

- Develop tools, templates, and resources to enhance the CEO's efficiency in sales activities.
- Organize and manage information flow, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared for engagements.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize the sales process and improve win rates.

**Qualifications**

**Experience**:
5+ years in a sales, business development, or strategic account management role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.

**Skills**:

- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and drive strategic initiatives.**Mindset**:

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
