This opportunity as Executive Assistant to the CEO of GWC offers a dynamic role in the leading luxury retail company. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a key part in keeping operations organized, coordinating activities, and enabling effective communication across the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Seamless CEO Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritizing appointments, meetings, and tasks to align with business goals
- Travel Coordination: Plan and adjust complex international and domestic travel schedules, accommodating shifting priorities
- Efficient Communication: Draft polished correspondence, manage the CEO’s inbox, and ensure timely follow-ups on critical matters
- Meeting Management: Prepare agendas, capture key decisions in meeting minutes, and track action items to completion
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key point of contact between the CEO and various departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination

Key Qualifications
- Experienced Professional: Minimum 3 years as an Executive Assistant, preferably in fast-paced environments supporting senior leaders or exectives
- Highly Organized: Proficient in managing competing priorities with sound judgement and attention to detail
- Tech-Savvy: Skilled in Microsoft Office, including creating professional presentations and reports
- Emotional Intelligent: Discrete, understanding, and skilled at managing sensitive information and fostering strong relationships
- Flexible and Agile: Comfortable adapting to changing needs, including occasional work outside traditional hours

Compensation and Benefits:

- Remuneration: CAD 70,000.00 - 90,000.00 including performance bonus (commensurate with experience)

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
