What you will be doing

Provide administrative and office support

Manage professional and personal scheduling for senior management

Coordinate scheduling, calendar management, and information flow for Senior Management

Support Senior Management’s weekly priorities for Lodestar

Coordinate travel arrangements and provide comprehensive itineraries

Distribute and follow up on all correspondence generated by Senior Management

Coordinate company meetings and social functions

Arrange and attend meetings, taking minutes and preparing agendas

Act as a professional liaison for Senior Management on projects

Complete projects assigned by Senior Management

Attend meetings, take minutes, and prepare agendas for staff meetings

Maintain the electronic filing system

Ensure document signing, e.g., contracts and legal documents

Prepare KPI reports

Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn)

Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.

What you will bring to the position:
Community college certificate or diploma, or equivalent combination of experience

At least two years’ experience in an administrative role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Communication skills

Organizational skills

Attention to detail

Interpersonal skills

Time management skills.
