**Role**:
Limestone is searching for a Part-time Executive Assistant (EA) to perform various administrative tasks and support our company’s CEO and Founder.
As the EA, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, and work well with limited supervision. Furthermore, you have excellent oral and written communication skills and can organize your work effectively using collaboration tools such as Google Workspace. Previous experience working as an EA is considered an asset.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage, organize and schedule calendars and appointments
- Plan meetings and record minutes, as required
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain contact lists
**Qualifications**:
- Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field
- Proven experience as an EA or Administrative Assistant
- Proven experience managing senior personnel
- Exemplary professionalism, people and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Proficiency using Google Workspace (Calendar, Drive, Gmail)
- Strong organizational skills, task management and attention to detail
