A busy, boutique law firm practicing in the area of Wills and Estates seeks a Law Clerk/Legal Assistant with 1-2 years experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all incoming cold calls and existing client communication with the lawyer
- Conduct conflict searches, prepar Retainer Agreements and Joint Retainer Agreements, open files.
- Contact clients to schedule appointments for initial meetings with clients. Prepare receipts for clients.
- Schedule appointments for follow up meetings, Wills signings, and estate administration signings.
- Prepare for client meetings, including preparation of documents for signature.
- Perform administrative tasks, ancillary to practice.
- Meet with clients to witness will signings when required and preparation of Affidavits of Execution..
- Follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
- Such other responsibilities as time and occasion should require.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $41,749.00-$44,758.00 per year
