We are a family-owned mental health clinic. Located in Central Etobicoke and Woodbridge, we are a dynamic team of caring and qualified mental health professionals serving adults, children, couples and families in the Greater Toronto Area. Our services include psychotherapy treatment and assessment for a wide range of presenting issues.

**Position Description**
We are seeking a dedicated individual to head our Administrative Support Team as a full-time intake coordinator. You will be responsible for coordinating client care and assisting clinicians in all administrative aspects of case management.
- **Please note that this position is intended to include some in-office hours as well as the opportunity to work virtually.**_
**Responsibilities**
- Conducting semi-structured phone intakes to gather relevant information and create prospective client profiles.
- Maintaining an updated list of community referrals and directing clients to the appropriate resources on nature of the issue, urgency, financial situation, and personal preferences.
- Assisting clinic directors in determining clients’ match and eligibility for different clinic services.
- Coordinating billing, including invoicing, payment processing and insurance e-claims.
- Operating with integrity at all times and treating personal health information with the greatest degree of confidentiality.

- Previous experience in a professional healthcare-related practice is an asset
- Excellent technology skills, including awareness of organizational software
- Access to technology is preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and be proactive in a fast-paced environment as well as collaborate in teams when required
- Professional demeanor while also being friendly, respectful, and personable in all client interactions
- Background in psychology/mental health is an asset
**Salary**: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
