Position Summary:
- The administrative coordinator will be responsible to ensure successful and timely completion of program targets and deliverables. They will provide administrative support and guidance on key project targets.- Direct Relationships:

- Project Coordination-
Develop, manage, and control timelines making continuous updates, escalating issues when necessary
-Coordinate flow & management of documents for team and perform updates/reviews as required
-Coordinate and monitor the progress of programs and their finances to ensure successful and timely completion of
-program targets and deliverables Plan, modify and schedule program activities as well as correspond with internal and external partners and stakeholders
- Tracking & Reporting:- Track progress on milestones, change requests, issues & risks-
- Document and track program details, data, information, and activities as directed-
- Provide administrative and analytical support to ensure the successful completion of each program- Communication:- Proactively identify, capture & communicate key program activities including anything that will take programs off schedule.
- Assist or lead the preparation of a variety of business documents with clarity, high quality, for various team and management meetings as required.-
- Communicate, both verbally and in writing in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques- Qualifications:
- Communication:- Effective presentation, written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills-
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills, monitor progress of simultaneous projects and ensure deliverables are met-
- Strong attention to detail to track project milestones and maintain project information- Technical:- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)- Education:- 1 year + of administrative experience-
- Post-Secondary diploma or equivalent Our Offer
