Spiteri Associates is a medium-sized bookkeeping company providing premium service to exclusive clients. We are a hybrid work company based in Woodbridge and serving clients throughout the GTA. The current role of Coordinator will work from our offices in Woodbridge (mostly at first) and can grow to a hybrid work from home arrangement. This is a full time position with 9-5 hours. The coordinator must be available during regular office hours.

The coordinator will ideally grow to management in short order.

**Duties**:

- Lead weekly coordination meeting, including preparation of reports and appropriate follow-ups with bookkeepers, clients and government agencies.
- Scanning of paperwork: Organizing a variety of types of documents as supplied by clients with specific business needs.
- Downloading paperwork from various portals: Ensuring provided electronic paperwork meets requirements and following up when deficient; using checklists and experience.
- Organizing paperwork and supporting documents: Using established naming conventions and best practices to ensure consistency and future search and archive needs.
- Managing projects, including; initiating, assigning and tracking.
- Courier management.
- Client engagement and set up.
- Preparation of client T4's, ROEs, and other payroll support.
- Management of client portal and document repositories: Using various portals that you will need to understand without training.
- Communicating and managing outstanding paperwork and support and transaction details between bookkeepers, management and clients and following up as appropriate using a variety of established processes both simple and complex.

**Salary**: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Office: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Woodbridge, ON L4H3P7
