**Duties**:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team member
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and organizing documents
- Assist with data entry and maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is an asset
- Proficiency in utilizing computerized systems and software, with a preference for experience with Microsoft Office Suite, MLS, and CRM programs
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Busy Real Estate Team Leader buried with far too much to do needs an organized, detail-oriented admin 40 hours weekly in his Woodbridge office
It’s 10:07 pm on a Wednesday night and I’m still at my office working
I own a rapidly growing Real Estate Sales Team business and I’m stuck working late again tonight because I’ve just got too many things to do --- all the paperwork, new listings to be processed, prospects to be added to my database, closings to be scheduled, incoming offers to be directed, a contact management system that must be kept up to the minute correct and other administrative details that go along with running a real estate businessare killing me.
Can you help make my headaches vanish by handling some of these details?
Are you somebody who’s superb at handling detailsa loyal, hardworking type of person who always follows through and almost never misses a deadlineso productive your last employer considered hiring two people to replace you after you lefta strong typist with good computer skills using Word, Publisher and PowerPoint programsa solid command of Top Producer type CRM programscan search the MLS for homes matching buyers criteria, read and write purchase and sale agreements, prepare CMA’s for Seller prospects, comfortable in a small business environment where priorities can change quicklya super-organized get-it-done type person who’s also very good on the phone talking with people?
If so, we should talk because you just might be the great admin I’m looking for 40 hours a week (9:00 am till 5:00 pm Monday through Friday). The pay is better than good if you have the right skillsand our office dress code is business casual. I don’t care if you haven’t even worked in a while and you don’t need a resume to apply.
