Pt Admin Assistant

We are looking to hire a Part-Time Admin Assistant/Receptionist (16-24 hours per week) for our growing cloud accounting firm. We provide accounting, advisory, and taxation services to families and small businesses all over Canada. The part-time admin assistant will work directly for a partner to efficiently manage accounting and client administration duties.
Qualifications/Work Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of reception and/or administrative experience
- Bachelor’s University Degree
- Effective communication (verbal and written) in English
- Excellent organizational skills and with a high level of attention to detail
- Solid understanding of business professionalism and the ability to work in a team environment
Responsibilities of Job:
- Working with two senior partners in managing day to day operations of the business
- Filing, scanning, and organizing paperwork
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Managing invoicing and payments for clients
- Answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
