**Summary**:The Film Admin will serve as a Company Ambassador, facilitating interactions with internal teams such as inside sales and the plant. As a film admin, your primary responsibility is to ensure timely processing of orders while effectively communicating requirements to internal stakeholders.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Utilize calculating tools, charts, and schedules to analyze production specifications.
- Generate and maintain item codes.
- Develop production batches based on orders and Bills of Material.
- Disseminate information to relevant departments to ensure timely production scheduling.
- Monitor production status and coordinate deliveries with the Shipping Department.
- Assist in raw material planning.
- Prepare customs documentation for shipments to the U.S. and forward details to the customs broker.
- Review orders for pricing accuracy and forward information to Accounting for invoicing.
- Manage min-max levels and inventory.
- Create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents as needed.
- Assist the Manager by preparing necessary reports.
- Understand and adhere to duties and responsibilities mandated by OHSA (Occupational Health and Safety Act).
- Comply with company policies, procedures, safety protocols, and standards including BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative).
- Complete all necessary documentation and paperwork.
- Perform additional office admin duties as assigned.

**Skills, Abilities & Experience Requirements**:
- Post secondary education
- Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels.
- Excellent computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel & AS400
Attention to detail with excellent follow up/follow through.
**Please note that this is not a remote position. The Film Admin will be required to work on-site at our office location.**

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- customer service in manufacturing: 2 years (preferred)
