R3 Physiotherapy and Wellness is a multidisciplinary clinic that is currently seeking a highly reliable Receptionist/Administrative Assistant that is knowledgeable and confident in dealing with day-to-day operations at a front desk.

Our clinic treats a diverse demographic of patient populations from athletes, post-surgical patients, desk workers, to avid gym enthusiasts. We offer Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Chiropractic, Acupuncture as well as Custom Bracing, Orthotics and Compression Stockings.

We are currently looking for a friendly, vibrant and dynamic individual to join our team and fill a part-time position to facilitate our growing demand from our clients.
- Greeting patients
- Taking payment from patients
- Using our clinic’s software booking system to schedule patient appointments and maintain overall clinic attrition
- Claiming insurances for patients through common claiming portals such as Telus Health, Provider Connect, Blue Cross, MVA, etc.
- Maintain a “patient-friendly” environment
- General front desk + clinic upkeep
- Other related responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a reception/admin role
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and clerical actions
- Possesses the ability to prioritize and highly efficient at multi-tasking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player and customer service oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced working environment.
- Quick learner and coachable

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $16.50 per hour
