We are looking for a Receptionist who is professional, punctual, positive minded, a team player & detail oriented. This position is a full-time opportunity.
We are looking for the right individual to grow with us. Prerequisites are as follow:

- Answering calls promptly and professionally is the first priority.
- Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be able to learn new skills quickly and efficiently.
- Must be friendly and personable.
- Must have excellent customer service skills, dynamic telephone manners and be extremely organized.
- Be able to provide the highest level of Customer Service.
- You will be a member of a team. You must fit in well and support the team at all times.
- Punctuality is EXTREMELY important and attitude is the key.
- You are expected to dress professionally; you will be receiving many clients and guests.
- Good problem solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Must have superior interpersonal skills and be able to address multiple client concerns in a professional manner.
- Experience as an executive assistant is considered a strong asset.

The compensation plan is structured so that your salary and benefits will automatically increase with time. The beginning wage is $18/ hour.
Full medical and dental benefits will be available to you after a probation period of 3 full months.
Punctuality is very critical for our clients and work performance, be advised that if you do not have dependable means for transportation, that poor punctuality may become a basis for dismissal. Our work schedules are Mon-Fri between the hours of 9:00AM and 5:00PM. Because punctuality is so critical, close commuting proximity will be considered a plus.

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour to start with a 3 month probation period and an increase after the review
