**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales professional for our Client. Our client is the manufacturer of personal protective equipment (PPE) to safeguard professionals in the workplace. They are pursuing their growth aggressively, in particular in North America, both organically and by acquisitions.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts within your assigned territory. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of the company and build strong relationships with clients.

**The objectives of the position are**:

- To develop a portfolio of customers within the identified sales area, to gain customer loyalty to the company, and to promote our sales policy through customer visits.
- To develop and manage relationships with end-users and to create sales opportunities, which are then to be backfilled by distributors.
- To represent the company professionally in the market, ensuring that the company is promoted effectively as a manufacturer of the head-to-toe PPE range.

**Main Duties/Responsibilities**:
**1. Achieve Sales Targets**:

- Work towards achieving the sales target as agreed with the Directors.
- Focus on both existing product sales to customers and establishing sales for new products.

**2. Product Mix Development**:

- Promote the company sales policy, group sales actions, and corporate sales policy.
- Progress the product mix by aligning with strategic objectives.

**3. Planning and Prioritization**:

- Plan and prioritize personal sales activities to achieve business aims.
- Manage time and productivity effectively.

**4. Territory Management**:

- Plan and manage the business portfolio according to an agreed market development strategy.
- Prepare an annual territory business plan with an account-by-account strategy.

**5. Record Keeping**:

- Maintain adequate records for the customer base within the territory.

**6. Promotion and Participation**:

- Contribute to promoting the company’s product range through trade events and fairs.

**7. Pricing and Margins**:

- Manage product pricing and margins in line with agreed objectives.

**8. Customer Relations**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
- Provide support to customers and their sales teams.

**9. Market Monitoring**:

- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities.
- Provide relevant reports and information as needed.

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
