Sales Executive

Valcraft Printing & Packaging is One Stop Shop specializing in folding carton industry. They are serving the lower mainland since 1974 in western Canada. We are looking for Sales and Business Development Executive that will provide professional and ethical representation of Valcraft Printing & Packaging Business Solutions to the commercial industry in your territory.
**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the printing and packaging industry.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.
- Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives, and recommend customized printing and packaging solutions to meet their requirements.
- Present and demonstrate our printing and packaging products and services effectively, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including production, design, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and product knowledge sessions to enhance sales skills and expertise.
- Represent the company with integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm in all interactions with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 3-5 years of experience in the printing and packaging industry.
- Strong understanding of printing and packaging processes, technologies, and materials.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
**Benefits**
- BASE+ Bonus - ( Commission is based on percentage of the total sales, and there is no cap on commission )
