**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies and account management practices.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 to manage customer relationships and track sales performance.
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Engage in outside sales activities, including networking events and client meetings, to generate new business opportunities.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying potential markets and partnerships.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in a technical sales environment.
- Strong understanding of account management principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Experience in Printing & Packaging industry for 1-2 years required.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
