Executive Assistant to CEO

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. As the Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.
**Duties**:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects and initiatives
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the CEO
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist in proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to appropriate parties
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
**Skills**:
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) for document management and collaboration
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems
- Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with stakeholders
This is a Part-Time subcontractor position that would require you to have in-person meetings with the CEO at least 4 times a month. As well as meet potential or existing clients, vendors, venues, and contractors in-person. Therefore, a vehicle and a valid driver's license are required.
