**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the administrative operations of the clinic, including scheduling and inventory management.
- Marketing and promotion of the company to walk-in clients at the hospital site. Triage and direct to intake teams.
- Coordinate meetings with CEOs and cultivate relationships with new referral sources.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance clinic performance.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline communication and enhance overall clinic effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain a safe and secure clinic environment.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Support tasks directed by CEO’s and Directors.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in clinic or healthcare management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficient in using healthcare management software.

Wages are geared to experience and will be relayed based on the applicants experience level.

**Salary**: From $75,000.00 per year
