**Major Duties**:
Engineering Solutions Group is looking for a bright, enthusiastic office Administrator who enjoys team work and can drive positive change. This position provides an ideal opportunity for a dedicated and skilled administration professional who has a desire to make significant contributions to the growth of ATS Industrial Automation Engineering Team.
**Specific Responsibilities**:
- Support Engineering Directors/Managers - Mechanical, Systems, Nuclear and Controls Engineering & Assembly Director with creating and updating reports, summaries, presentation, and other administrative duties as requested.
- JIRA Champion and Administrator.
- Develop and support open communication through out all ATS IA departments & locations.
- Onboarding Specialist for all Engineering team members.
- Prepare office space and order office supplies for departmental employees.
- Be a liaison with internal customers/divisions in regards to third party training and Contractor Employment Agencies.
- Match incoming resource requests for specific skills sets with supplier’s capacity/availability.
- Request quotations for service resources from approval third party suppliers and provide to internal customers.
- Translates purchase orders (POs) into Statements of Work and validates completeness of required documentation.
- Generates requisitions and SOW - Standards of Work for our Engineering Teams.
- Supports Supply Chain and Finance with invoicing enquiries to ensure timely processing.
- Actively populating internal KPIs for distribution within the leadership team in regards to utilization rates, resource availability and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuous improvement opportunities to streamline and improve service processes.
- Manage, update, and track all BQMS controlled Engineering documents for ISO & Z299.
- Maintain electronic data filing systems, ensuring that data is organized, and properly stored and extraneous files have been removed.
- Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the ATS Code of Business Conduct.
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and procedures.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- A post secondary education in Administrative Support is required or equivalent business systems experience.
**Experience**:
- Minimum 3 years related experience in an administrative support role. Expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint is required. Strong administrative and organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels within and outside of the organization, both orally and in writing are essential.
- Planview Enterprise One experience is an asset.
