**Responsibilities**:
- Provide Accounting support when required
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and lunches
- Order Office Supplies
- Maintain Security - update new employees access
- Maintain new phone system updating new employee access
- Assist with Invoicing receiving
- Check Sales orders and Purchase order
- Filing of all documents
- Support packaging samples for customers
- Support Logistics/Invoicing/Accounting/Purchasing (vacation, absences)
- **Qualifications**_
- Will have a strong attention to detail and produce reliable work;
- Will be organized, while completing multiple tasks;
- Will have 1-3 years of office administration experience;
- A degree or diploma is Business Administration, or related education;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Self-starter, team player and proactive in dealing with issues
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
