Office Administrator

As a **member of our team**, you will be the front line to our customers and vendors. Working closely with our sales and marketing team to assist them in preparation of quotations and the coordination of order entry. This role is suited for a person who enjoys multiple roles with a high degree of accuracy. You will have the advantage of working with a great team and nationally recognized brands, some of which are exclusive to Inprotech Inc.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional, courteous, and effective customer service.
- Work on our business operating system, complete customer quotations and order entry.
- Update customer information into CRM.
- Ensure prompt and courteous response to customer enquiries.
- Assist with Shipping & Receiving duties.
- Work with vendors obtaining pricing and issuing purchase orders.
- Expedite and follow-up on orders and back orders.
- Provide back up to all other aspects of our business, as required.
- In-house and on-the-job training and support provided.
**Qualifications**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong data entry and clerical skills
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Experience in administrative tasks and front desk operations
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
