As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Connected Vehicles team. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy in the day-to-day tasks as well as daily reports. Job Duties:

- Administer and manage inbound/outbound mail, including priority post, packages, courier services, and other correspondence
- Facilitate customer orders and follow-through, daily, weekly, monthly
- Coordinate packing, shipping product on a daily, weekly basis
- Scanning documents
- CRM experience preferred
- Other related duties as assigned
