Administrative Assistant/proposal Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Proposal Coordinator to support our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that contribute to the efficient operation of our office as well as assist in the preparation of proposal submissions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with preparing and reviewing reports and presentations
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed
- Assist in office communications
- Assist in the preparation of proposal submissions including coordinating with staff and sub-consultants to acquire the appropriate information
- Schedule and coordinate meetings including preparation of minutes
- Maintain organized files and records
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
