Coordinator, Loyalty Marketing

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement loyalty marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and drive customer retention and advocacy.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create eye-catching visuals and graphics for various loyalty marketing materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and execute integrated loyalty initiatives
- Analyze customer data and behavior to identify insights and opportunities for optimizing loyalty programs and campaigns.
- Offer comprehensive program support to store teams, including but not limited to troubleshooting, guidance, and training on program implementation and utilization.
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Post secondary education in marketing, business administration or a similar field is required
- Creative design skills and experience using programs such as Canva
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft persuasive and compelling messaging.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must be detail-oriented and meticulous in ensuring the accuracy of product and price information.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and loyalty platforms is a plus
- Strong graphic design skills (using programs like Adobe Creative Cloud) are an asset but not required
- Cannabis knowledge is an asset but not required
