**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Vice President of Marketing (Brand/Corporate) **to lead our corporate marketing strategy and execution. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand narrative, driving brand recognition, marketing lead generation and supporting business leaders across Bond with relevant marketing strategies to drive Bond’s growth objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership & Development**: Lead and nurture a diverse and innovative marketing team, fostering a culture of mentorship, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- **Budget Management**:Design, review, and optimize the marketing department’s budget, ensuring effective resource allocation. Optimize the ROI for marketing initiatives, ensuring resource efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Brand Enhancement**: Make informed recommendations and execute strategic direction on Bond’s positioning and brand to boost market recognition and drive growth.
- **Business Alignment**: Maintain close relationships with business leaders to understand company requirements, aligning marketing efforts with client and practice leadership needs to increase Bond’s win rate.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in a similar industry (B2B).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and scaling a team.
- Excellent strategic thinking, with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimize ROI.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adept at collaborating across functions and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field and/or relevant education and direct B2B marketing experience
