**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain executive calendars using Outlook Calendar to schedule meetings and appointments.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Provide clerical support including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and managing phone systems with professionalism.
- Handle incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel as needed.
- Prepare documents for signature using DocuSign and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items.
- Assist in customer service efforts by addressing client inquiries and providing necessary information.
- Support various administrative functions as required by the executive team to enhance operational efficiency.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting executives or senior management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook Calendar for scheduling purposes.
- Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with clerical duties and front desk operations is highly desirable.
- Experience with phone systems and maintaining professional phone etiquette is essential.
- Knowledge of DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
