**Position Overview**:
As a Junior Business Development Representative at SignCan Supply, you will have the unique opportunity to gain practical experience in sales and business development. This role will equip you with valuable skills and knowledge while allowing you to work alongside our experienced team members. You will play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing potential leads, building relationships, and contributing to our company's success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a database of leads and prospects.
- Support the development of sales strategies and outreach campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales collateral and presentations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with clients.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on sales metrics and outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong English fluency, both written and spoken, as this role involves extensive phone communication with potential customers.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
- Basic knowledge of sales and business development concepts (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
