Junior Sales Representative

**Overview**
It’s time to breathe clean air and Camfil, a global leader in clean air solutions and a premium manufacturer of air filtration products, is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Representative to drive new business development and focus on cold outreach sales. Our goal is to expand our reach to commercial, institutional, and industrial clients with innovative solutions that enhance air quality and protect people, processes, and the environment. This role is ideal for a sales professional looking to develop a career in B2B sales within the HVAC industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales skills while working in a supportive environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Identify and qualify sales leads, driving initial contact and setting up meetings
- Conduct outreach to decision-makers in commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors
- Present and promote Camfil's products and services to potential clients, focusing on the benefits of our air filtration solutions
- Work with the sales team to develop strategies and refine your approach to growing new business
- Maintain and update CRM with lead information, sales activity, and account progression
- Support the sales team by providing accurate reports on sales activity and potential opportunities
**Skills**
- 0-3 years of experience in a sales role
- Strong communication skills in English, and French would be an asset.
- Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales concepts is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Experience in telemarketing is beneficial but not required.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree or diploma in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in HVAC or B2B sales is advantageous but not required
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
