Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients in the target market.
- Use various sources to build and maintain a database of potential leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation strategies.
Prospecting Calls:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospects to introduce our company’s services and understand their needs.
- Effectively communicate our value proposition and build initial rapport.
- Keep detailed records of conversations and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Craft personalized and compelling messages to engage prospects.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation and appointment-setting activities.
- Collaborate with the team to analyze the effectiveness of outreach strategies and make data-driven improvements.
Sales Initiatives:
- Attend sales-related conferences to make create relationships and generate leads
- Create a professional online presence through platforms like LinkedIn, where you can showcase your expertise and connect with industry professionals
- Stay up to date with industry knowledge
**Requirements**:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, particularly in a B2B setting.
- Strong communication skills with a persuasive and engaging communication style.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for lead management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and client needs.
- Familiarity with marketing and digital advertising is a plus.
- Bonus:
- You have experience as a business/sales representative at a SaaS or digital marketing company
- You have a track record of successfully meeting sales quota
- You are proficient in HubSpot CRM use
**Salary**: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
