Ndevor is a general contracting company producing high-end commercial and residential TI's and renovations in Vancouver.
- Assisting Site Supervisors and Project Managers with miscellaneous tasks
- Organizing project start-ups and close-outs
- Coordinating sub-trade pricing requests
- Sourcing and ordering materials, coordinating deliveries, managing changes, and project scheduling
- Review and modify Shop Drawings
- Using computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) tools and software (AutoCAD), create and/ or modify technical interior design drawing sets, including Floor Plans, Millwork & Furniture Plans, Sections & Details, and any other drawings required for our projects
- Creating and sending PO's and Invoices
- Maintaining accurate records and documents in a digital filing system
- Participating in project meetings

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS (*some or all)**:

- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Possess a strong work ethic, a self-starter with problem-solving skills who can work independently
- Effective communication skills including verbal and written
- Knowledge and understanding of construction terms and materials, blueprint reading, scheduling
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills with good attention to detail
- Understand basic or intermediate bookkeeping principles
- Understand basic design principles and qualities of materials

**Pay**:$30-40/hr depending on training and experience, cell phone allowance, medical benefits, and bonuses based on performance

**Job Type**: Part-time 25-35hrs per week, flexible hours

**Experience**: In some or all of the following: Construction bookkeeping, coordination, management, estimating, "on the tools" jobsite work
