**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- **Event Planning**: Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and conferences. Handle logistics and prepare necessary materials.
- **Errands and Personal Tasks**: Perform various personal errands and tasks as required, such as shopping, coordinating household services, and managing personal appointments.
- **Research and Projects**: Conduct research on various topics and assist with special projects as needed.
- **File and Document Management**: Maintain and organize files, documents, and records, both physical and digital.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality.

**Qualifications**:

- Post secondary education in business administration or a similar field is considered an asset.
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently.
- Adaptable and flexible with changing priorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$72,500.00 per year
