Job Description: General Office duties, administrative skills, client management skills, follow up paperwork, scheduling appointments with existing clients, prefer to have an individual who has financial services industry experience. If hired, the company will pay for a car allowance. There is a possibility for the 3 month contractual position to turn into a full time employment opportunity.

**Summary**

As a Personal Assistant, you will be integral to maintaining efficient office operations and providing exceptional service to or clients and advisors alike. Your core skills in Microsoft Office, data entry, and clerical tasks will support daily administrative functions and will enhance client interactions. With premium expertise in Microsoft Excel and relevant skills in bookkeeping and proofreading, you will contribute to accurate record-keeping and effective communication within the organization. Join our team to help streamline processes and deliver outstanding support in a dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including data entry and filing, to ensure efficient office operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling client inquiries via multi-line phone systems.
- Assist with bookkeeping and financial documentation, utilizing Microsoft Office and other software as needed.
- Support team members with clerical duties and maintain organized records to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Uphold professional phone etiquette while communicating with clients and stakeholders.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $5,000.00 per month

- Etobicoke, ON M9V 2X5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
