**Accounts Receivable and Billing Administrator**
SSC Security Services Corp. is a TSX Venture Exchange-listed company which provides physical, cyber, and electronic security services to corporate and public sector clients across Canada. SSC currently has approximately 3,000 employees and is headquartered in Regina, Saskatchewan.
We have a permanent full-time opportunity in our Regina head office for a well-organized individual to manage a portfolio of different customer accounts in the Security field, working in conjunction with our Operations team.
**Job responsibilities**:
- Initiate, manage, and complete client billing/invoicing by set deadlines
- Maintain customer master file
- Preparing various reports and spreadsheets related to billing and receivables
- Escalate accounts receivable issues to management on a timely basis
- Perform account reconciliations as required
- Support month and year end activities as required
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma in Business Administration and/or Accounting, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- strong computer (MS Office) and database skills, specifically with spreadsheets
- experience working in fast paced high volume environments
- experienced with Accounts Receivable (billing / finance)
- very high attention to detail with a focus on accuracy with large volumes of information
- strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve issues
- strong communication and customer service skills
- highly organized, with strong time management
- work well independently as well as in a team
