**About the Position**:
Canature WaterGroup is looking for a driven, talented, and personable individual to join our Credit & Collections team. If you are an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will want to consider joining our rapidly expanding business. This role is located in-office at our Regina, Saskatchewan location.

Reporting to the Credit Manager, this position’s responsibilities include the following:

- Receive, process and post payments daily
- Provide professional and timely service to customers both internal and external
- Collaborate with the Credit and Collections team to ensure proper payment posting, record retention and superior customer service
- Maintain digital filing system of all accounts receivable records for easy retrieval
- This position will require working on the occasional statutory holiday, in exchange for alternate day off in lieu
- This description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not encompass all tasks or responsibilities that may be assigned.

**About you**:

- 1-3 years of accounts receivable experience
- Previous experience with QAD an asset
- Must be a team player with a positive and professional attitude
- Superior Customer Service skills when interacting with internal and external customers
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Proficient in MS Office and more specifically Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- The ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail
