**About the Role**

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Account Manager to develop and manage our client portfolio in English-speaking Canada. In this role, you will be a key player in expanding and strengthening Yapla's presence in the Canadian English-speaking market. You will work within the sales team to attract new clients and maximize the satisfaction and retention of existing clients.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify and seize upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Deeply understand client needs and provide tailored solutions with the Yapla platform.
- Regularly monitor client accounts to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted and relevant campaigns for the English-speaking market.
- Participate in professional fairs, webinars, and other events to represent Yapla.
- Provide precise feedback to the product development team to help in the continuous improvement of the platform.

**Required Qualifications**
- Perfect mastery of English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of French is necessary.
- Degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field.
- Significant experience in client account management, ideally in the technology or non-profit sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while being a team player.
- Knowledge of CRM and sales tracking tools, experience with Hubspot is a plus.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
